Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Domestic (U.S.): Standard shipping 5–7 business days; Expedited shipping 2–3 business days.
- International: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.
International Shipping We ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages Beautique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at support@mybeautique.store.
